Micah’s Bakery Program seeks to develop independent, resilient, and productive young adults as a path to entrepreneurship and employment in the culinary industry.

Through an 8-week hands-on job training and life skill development program. Micah’s Bakery Program will operate under the supervision and support of experienced professional instructors, partners, and mentors. Our students will receive training in an environment that encourages leadership, teamwork and community engagement.
